ReplyDeleteThey are socially conditioned to behave like that. The society is one filled with violence and the glorification of badness. They feel powerful and feared. Someone has to remove the associated fame from violence. This can be done through the media, public Ads and adequate penal laws. Killing them on spot might not be the best method. Hanging would have been a better option. Then they wouldn't be seen as martyrs of badness but a national embarrassment.
