Need For A Don?

One man is now in custody in relation to the shooting death of a 49-year-old vendor “iron Pipe” at the Coronation Market, in downtown Kingston while putting out his onions for sale. Taken into custody in relation to the murder", the police being able to convict is dependent on witnesses coming forward.  Will anyone be brave it? Solving crime in those places can only have successes with a strong intelligent Don in place. No wonder people see the solution in bringing back Dudus. Since that will not happen, an ethical Don supported by the state could do it but who could that be since the police is ineffective in curbing, controlling or eliminating crime. One man is now in custody in relation to this mornings shooting death of a 49-year-old vendor at the Coronation Market, in downtown Kingston. 15/11/16

Trump’s Changing Tune

President-elect Donald Trump is considering a woman to run the Republican Party and an openly gay man to represent the US at the United Nations. These moves would inject diversity into a Trump team. Is Donald learning the art of pragmatic/crooked politics very fast? Will he sooner or later become part of that smelly Washington swamp that he says needs draining? Anyway, you have been known for your pragmatism all your lie and that is what it is. 15/11/16

Excellent scorecard for Peter Phillips a writer boasts for what, the mastery of the continuity of devastating "Tax and Borrow Economics"? Believe it or not Jamaica will become poorer and poorer for what these boasting master IMF inspired borrowers have achieved government after government.15/11/16

Trump A Racist?

In the wake of the USA elections and a Trump win who I do not believe is racist, the talk of racism (the inherent superiority of one race versus others) has only become more pronounced. That talk had gone nowhere and it was always a present distraction and illusion for some. One thing though, is if we blacks keep focused, unite and build our black people, economies and businesses and making them strong globally, racism would be irrelevant. What we have more of though can be classified as a kind of economic apartheid. We blacks, can have our racial preferences too and some of us do and we are racists? Some of us refuse to worship white images of God and should they regard us as racists? Or prefer to see a black man in Jamaica House or the USA’s presidential house. Are we racists or would never have a white wife/husband or girlfriend/boyfriend is that racism? The white man or the Chinese or any race has a right to their racial preferences and I have no problem.

We blacks must stop playing the ass, make use of opportunities, live within our means, stop killing each other unite and be the best at what we do or what we are that must be respected by all blacks, imitation whites, white or yellow people. The media globally has been doing their listeners a disservice globally and in the USA by fueling misinformation regarding racism to the detriment of many ignorant and sometimes lazy minded people that can turn deadly in many cases. As to those rioters in America to whom president elect Trump said “stop it” could do America more harm than good to the image of that great democracy America. Does anyone recall in China’s Tiananmen Square massacre where over one million  Pro- Democracy  protesters participated in 1989.Over 10000 were arrested and hundreds killed on the spot as tanks and troops rolled in others were sentenced to long prison terms while others executed? 15/11/16

Jamaica Passing These Tests

JAMAICA has exceeded all macroeconomic targets for the 14th and final quarterly test under the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). We have bought into the IMF inspired Tax and Borrow economic model that places little emphasis on production 'exports and import substitution. It’s a matter of just taxing people to death's debt. The society needs to be mobilized in that direction to MAKE JAMAICA GREAT and cease to be a warehouse and distribution centre for other people products. I advocate buying Jamaican where possible as sometimes you cannot find anything. Even local brand name companies are putting their names on other people's goods so if you do not or cannot read you buy thinking it is Jamaican. Even when you hear of growth ask yourselves who is.15/11/16
