Vernon the UN coined the phrase 'toxic masculinity' (TM) but everyone ignores the fact that TM is many times fuelled by 'female toxicity' (FT) a phrase no one has yet introduced. What is FT/MT, let us say behaviour that ignites violence in persons male/female.
How do we correct this that has caused Jamaica to become a global leader in "femicide" as well as homicide. A lack of emotional intelligence could be a cause and if so, is there a way to culturally re-socialize a population from the womb to the tomb to a more positive outcome?
We now have to look at a mass educational approach via our curriculum firstly. The other areas would be for all the institutions to contribute to the socialization of a population into normative behaviour. Big task but we have to start somewhere and your program has started the enlightenment.
