Driveway To Operation Friendship Compound In Kingston, Used As A Dumping Ground

The following is a message from one of my On The Ground Reporters:

This is the entry to the Operation Friendship Compound. The nasty people sweep the garbage and leave it in the driveway EVERYDAY despite numerous requests not to do so.    The compound houses a maternity/antenatal and child health clinic, an adult learning centre  and a medical office. Numerous requests to the authorities have fallen on deaf ears over the past five (5) years.  The Councillor  Donovan Samuel's is missing in action.  The MP Desmond McKenzie....well....
