Help - It's A State Of Desperation

#VDerbyAlert #Covid19. There is a man in Rhyne Park, near to Montego Bay who apparently cannot help himself and persons are not willing to assist him since they believe that he has Covid-19. I hope to get more details later. Text me at 876 816-5261 if you can get assistance. Thanks

    Persons eventually got an ambulance to take him to the hospital or else It could have been a night on the sidewalk.
