Is This Flooding in Jamaica?

Jamaica was once the land of wood and water and now it seems to be the land of drought, but if you look at the video below you would never believe that it is in Jamaica. I just received this video and I have been told that this is Thompson Town to Smithville through Sunbury main road in Clarendon. Persons have told me that the roads in the area are impassable. Please note that I am unable to verify any of the information at this time.

Let me know if you recognize this area. Do you have friends or relatives living in that area? If you do, ask them to WhatsApp me at 876 816-5261 and update me on the situation. I just got this message from a supporter. I am trying to make contact with JMMB:

Hi Vernon. Something seems to happening at JMMB. Their online banking seems to have crashed or something. My daughter is going through some stress as she is unable to withdraw funds from her account.

I just got information from a reliable source that the system should be back up soon. JMMB needs to communicate with the media and its consumers immediately because people are becoming very paranoid when they hear anything unusual happing in the financial sector.
