Garbage dump behind the Jamaica Teachers Cooperative Credit Union on Love Lane in Kingston. It is blocking the roadway. Mr. Audley Gordon head of NSWMA, should find the nasty ones and get the court to order them to clean it up.

This behaviour is demonstrated at all levels throughout the society. I reside in an apartment complex and persons dispose of their garbage everywhere.

  12. I lived at the top of Love Lane as a child. I used to take dinner to a old lady at the bottom of Love Lane everyday. This never happened in the 60s and early 70s.

  13. Go through the garbage, collect the receipts, and we will know the source of the garbage! When we expose the culprits in the Media, they’ll ensure next time that who ever dispose of the garbage does this in a legal way.
