While Jamaicans struggle to survive daily, the Outameni experience continues to be an experience that is hanging like an albatross around the necks of the Jamaican people. What had cost JAD180 million is now running into billions of dollars to maintain. Mr. Finance Minister, we need to hear from you on this one. I hope Jamaicans have not forgotten this one!

Why are we a poor country and a third-world country? Well, it has been an Outameni experience that we are still paying dearly for!
