Tavistock in Kingston Blocked Illegally?

My On The Ground Reporter says that construction is taking place in the area and the road was blocked. There is land slippage at that spot. Persons are saying that the KSAMC did not give persons permission  to block the road.

I am looking forward to a response  from the KSAMC.

    Long time, ongoing problem. Nearly a year in my recollection. No improvement and pure almshouse in my opinion.
