Shane Dalling Replies To Clients Shots

Shane Dalling - CEO, FLA

A client wrote me about the FLA's (Firearm Licensing Authority) late fee charges. I contacted Mr Shane Dalling and he responded promptly. This is something that I encourage all heads of organizations to do - respond, promptly to queries.
The client who had a challenge paying the renewal fee because the deadline fell on the date during Hurricane Beryl, might be able to get a refund.

Heads of organizations should also get information out to their clients when they suspect there are concerns in the marketplace about your product or service.

Your staff need to be informed and so do your clients. I encourage the persons in public relations to be more proactive and to assist their CEOs in getting information to the public.

Mr Dalling has sent me a voicemail which I encourage all firearm holders to listen to. You can add your comments to the blog.

Thanks to you Mr Dalling for giving good customer service.

Drugs and The Ministry of Health

The following complaint was sent to me:

Good afternoon Mr. Derby,

I just wanted to bring an urgent matter to your attention and the Health Minister. this needs some urgent correction.

At the government Drugs Serve Pharmacy in Greater Portmore.

When you collect Medication, there is no phone numbers on the packages that you can call the pharmacy, increase you are having challenges with the Medication and you need something to explain.

The government pharmacy must set a better example.

This does not happen at Private Pharmacies, there are always someone that you can speak to on the phone
