I got this video tonight, and from the video, it seems that a painter came into contact with electrical wires. This is something that I have warned people about for many years. Under no condition should you work close to JPS electrical wires. You should not work with metallic objects that can make contact with the wires.
Persons who are attempting to rescue someone who is in contact with electrical wires should not attempt to hold that person unless they are properly insulated.
