I have not been able to follow up on the NEPA vs. Trade Wind saga. I cannot understand, but from the little that I know, how can NEPA the environmental agency, take an organization to court about environmental matters and drop the case like that? No man...a mussi dream mi bena dream. This plot would make an excellent movie.

When I clicked on the link above, it took me to this site:
Were the documents removed from the web site? Who gave those directives to remove the documents? No man something is not right. Can someone tell me that I am clicking on the wrong link and that the documents are still on the site?
Pollutants seem to be all over NEPA. They need to call in NSWMA to clean up things! The Integrity Commission can get work at last at NEPA!
NEPA just dropped the case between them and Trade Winds! The courts time has been wasted! Anything can go so! Can the court charge a defendant or a plaintiff in a case for wasting the court's time? The court should be able to claim about JAD20,000,000 for damages. If there is no such law, we need to enact that law now.
