Whitehall Residents in Kingston Need NWC Assistance Now!

Good day Sir V.

Trust you are well. I have an issue I would love for you to address. Please see details below.

The residents of Victoria Court, 49 Whitehall Ave. Kingston 8, has had a longstanding and unbearable issue with the NWC where untreated sewage has been coming to the surface for over a month now. Here is a copy of the receipt of complaint as well videos and a map that documents the issue.

I hope you can help us to resolve this soon. Keep doing the great works. Thank you.

    What's the O.U.R for? Again, we see there are no proper policies in place. When these matters are reported, there should be a fixed time frame for a response and fixed period for action to be taken. Failure to resolve issue within that time frame should result in action taken against the company. This country is not a serious one.
