Who is Lying? Minister Delroy Chuck or Others?

I need all my readers and supporters to help me. Many people have contacted me about a statement being ascribed to Minister Delroy Chuck. It is said that Minister Delroy Chuck advised his colleagues not to submit reports about their spouses to the Integrity Commission.

I have not heard that speech with that statement from Minister Delroy Chuck. I am appealing to you all to assist me in getting a copy of that speech. You can contact me by WhatsApp at 876-816-5261.

I hope that the Chairman of the Integrity Commission will assist me in getting a copy. I just watched the clip below, and I believe that Chairman Panton can assist me.
