Tension is rising at INSPORTS as staff members seem to be growing uncomfortable with the decisions being made by the head.
Recently, three former members of staff were convicted of fraud. There is concern that the style of management could lead to past challenges recurring.
It is expected that the president of the Civil Service Association will have a meeting early in the new year with the staff who are members of the union.
