The Goshen Community had its awards ceremony at the end of last year, and the guest speaker was Mrs Carlene Heath. Commendations to this dynamic group for their approach to community development. Can you imagine that they were able to rebuild their lovely postal agency? Residents attributed their achievements to having a vibrant president and committed residents. The president of Goshen Community is Mr Desmond Williams.
