Carrots Is Cheeper On The Streets

Carrots on 18/04/26 was more affordable at Ja$100/lb in the streets.

Consuming carrots is associated with a significantly lower risk of prostate cancer and BPH potentially reducing it by up to 48% with higher intake. 

Rich in antioxidants like beta-carotene and alpha-carotene, carrots act as anti-inflammatory agents that may inhibit cancer cell growth. 

Daily consumption, such as one medium carrot, is recommended for benefits. 

Further research reveals cooking makes the beta and alpha carotene more bioavailable. 

Mans and mans the aforementioned is not a substitute for regular prostate check ups.
