FLOW Responds To Complaints About Service Challenges

The following is from FLOW about challenges with its services:

FLOW Working to Restore Internet Service to Customers

Last night, we experienced a technical failure on our internet and voice infrastructure at our main hub site located in New Kingston.  This resulted in a major disruption in internet and voice services for most of our residential and business customers across the island.  Our technical team immediately commenced the process of investigating the issue as well as restoring service.

We deeply regret the inconvenience currently being experienced by our customers and would like to assure them that we are currently focused on restoring access.  We believe that this process will be completed within the next three hours.

A full investigation will be launched once we have completed the restoration process.  We will continue to keep you updated on our progress.
