Guns Found in St. James

AK47 AND SEVERAL ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION SEIZED IN ST. JAMES

One AK47 and several rounds of ammunition were seized during joint Police/military operations in Salt Spring, St. James on Saturday, January 27.

Reports are that about 1:40 p.m., lawmen carried out a search of an open lot where the weapon, along with 36 rounds of ammunition, was seized. No arrest was made in connection with the find.

Investigations continue.
