| Power cut? - Report it immediately! Get a reference number for the report also. |
Have a look at the video below. In this video, the residents of Windsor in St. Thomas, complained that they have been without electricity for an extended period. JPS claims that they did not get a report about this electricity problem in the area. The question is, can anyone say categorically that a report was made to the JPS? Was a report make by telephone, using the cellular phone application, or even calling or sending a text message to me at Riddim FM?
If you are not getting though to any business in this country and they are not dealing with your challenge then just send me a text message to 876 816-5261. If you are reporting a problem at your home about JPS, then give your name, address, and customer number, premises number. I would love to hear from the residence whether or not anyone made a report to the JPS. Did they get a reference for the report maded?
