ReplyDeleteMr derby pleasant good morning there is a mentally chalenge person lying in the road at the corner of norwood ave and oxford road he needs help i along with a co worker manage to move him to the sie of the road but he cant stay there he seems very sick, more than one vehicle almost ran ovrr him, am asking if you could use your media to get the relevant authority to remove him please.
