One of my On The Ground Reporters has advised me that on Thursday, August 10, 2023, JPSCo contractors cut limbs off mango trees at 15 Grayden Avenue, Kingston 10. The cuttings on the sidewalk have not been removed.
The cuttings are near the light posts. This could pose a danger to these posts if the cuttings are lit.
JPS will be advised, and they will act promptly to deal with the matter.
Note: Thanks to JPS for dealing with this matter and thanks to my On The Ground Reporter for bringing this to my attention. This is one way to get things done. We encourage JPSCo to remind their contractors to clean up debris left after they have cut back trees and shrubs from their electrical mains.
So for a more multi task approach. We are Asking the work men of JPS to get a van, a small truck or even a cart to remove the cuttings to a more safer location. So they can be burn or leave to rot. Please be minded that all types of people uses the sidewalk in the communities or by the busy roadway's. In my community 🔥 was lit right under the JPS pole, we had to called in the fire Brigade immediately.
ReplyDeleteWow hope they do some thing about it soon🥵
