My On The Ground Reporter reports:

Nasty persons have placed garbage in an area blocking the road. This is where the GC Foster College road turns left at the end of the wall. The garbage is now blocking the roadway for persons living at Fairy Mead Estate. Residents are unable to go to work and school.

Another On The Ground Reporter reports: 

This is marl in the road near to Falmouth. If a vehicle runs into this, then you could have a nasty accident. It is a pity that someone did not take a picture showing the license of the truck which created this mess.
