Appeal Hearing of Cpl Rohan James Reinstatement Order

Re: (IN-PERSON HEARING) COAA2023APP0026- Andrew Lewis vs Rohan James

Kindly be advised that there will be an IN-PERSON HEARING tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16,2024 at 9:30 am, at Civil Division 1 of the Court of Appeal. This is as a result of the Notice of Application for leave to Appeal the November 17, 2023 reinstatement of Chairman-Cpl Rohan James.  The appeal was filed by King's Counsel Peter Champagnie on behalf of client ACP Andrew Lewis.

Attorney at Law Hugh Wildman will be representing Chairman, Cpl Rohan James.

May the Almighty God guide this process and his will be done.
