I am getting reports of a major traffic snarl on Shooters Hill in Manchester and some people are wondering what is causing this. I have since received a picture of an accident. Motorists should avoid that area for the time being.
I hope to get information from the police stating what is happening and how soon the road will be cleared.

Crime is a business so criminal Executive Officers are always on the lookout for new business opportunities.
Crime is down in Kingston up in rural parishes.
Manchester is like virgin territory with wealth available to exploit.
The anti crime strategy should be insulating crime free areas not wait for flare ups to put in SOEs.
That's cleaning up the mess.
A better way is to deepen awareness and intelligence networks.Not just walking around intimidating drivers with ticket books and wreckers.
Not again, sad praying no one is seriously hurt.
