In a release from the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) tonight, the party said the Membership Committee of the JLP had reviewed Mr. George Wright's application to rejoin the JLP. The committee considered the circumstances that led to Mr. Wright resigning from the JLP and the mitigating actions he has since taken to be readmitted.
The release went on to state that the Membership Committee has recommended that Mr. Wright be re-admitted, which was accepted by the Standing Committee.
The JLP is the governing party in Jamaica and Mr. George Wright is a member of parliament.

This news is neither here nor there he appears to have an error in he and the partner he offended judgement.

When I was growing up there was a neighbour's who beat his wife every Sunday.
She told people that Maas Vandal loved her why he beat her.
It was a community spectacle as she bawled loudly "lawd Gad almighty whooi yuh a go kill mi".
One Sunday my father and mom were away so I had the freedom to go siddung inna road with others to watch Vandal a polite decent mannersable man who don't eve cus badwud beat Fine who was a big heavy set woman.
As I looked down the road I saw my father coming for me I kept running all day to avoid a beating and my father beat wikid.
He did once and after that he had to catch me
That was Maas Vandal's 3rd wife and the other 2 buried in the front yard.
I went to Ms Fine funeral who could be about half Vandals age.
Maas V was very healthy oldest male in the community.
I ask him at his funeral if he was thinking of marrying again his answer was a polite "God's Willing".
I went to his funeral some years later and he had not remarried and did not die of any specific ailment .He was in his late 90s.A man who even went to world War 11 he was just a cool man no smoking,no drinking just go a him grung.
God forgive us 70x7 then who are we not to forgive. There is a little devilment in each of us and God knew this would happen...this is why Satan was placed at a certain position in heaven. Let us all TRY to live as God wants us to and forgive those who trespass against each other. Nuff nuff love.😍
Delete.....sooo disturbing, and it makes me remember another slogan from my childhood: "Husband beats wife; wife beats child; now the dog is dead!"

ReplyDeleteWhat a disturbing and disgusting development. We certainly are a nation lacking in values and principles. Vybz Kartel paraded on political stage; and wife beater on the campaign trail.
