Jamaica is the 4th most illiterate country in the Caribbean let's fix that.

83% male Ja literacy
93% Female Ja literacy.
Fix that then define Education complete with aims of the curriculum to determine syllabi.
Where are we going and what skills do we need to get there.
Licensing of teachers per route,type of school, discipline or subject.
What will be the annual fee in $US or a monthly fee deducted at source another creative taxation measure.
Will there be various fines eg teaching contrary by the Teaching Authority (TA)/Education Officer with the police on board.
How about the Teachers Badge and licences,with unique numbers.
Lawyers are licenced,Real Estate dealers,transport operators, shop keepers,farmers,bar operators ,higglers etc.
So Teachers,handcart man,,mechanic,Police,Soldiers,
beggars,sex workers,preachers,journalists,
politicians,warders,criminals
TikTokers,YouTubers,Facebookers,
voters,bloggers,helpers,gardeners,masons,carpenters,plumbers,
furniture makers,
idlers licences are coming.
A whole new Ministry of Certification could be on the horizon or a Comprehensive licensing Authority to be built on the Lands of Kings House or Jamaica House.
