Have Administrative Fines

I agree with the DPP that there should be administrative fines. Not everything needs to go to a criminal court where the bar for evidence is high. JET also proposed this after the Ft Rocky debacle

If the polluter is willing to clean up etc., restore, and put risk reduction measures in place, there is no need to go to the already overburdened courts.

Why was there not this public outcry after Ft Rocky? Only the environmental NGOs and residents had objections. The public was quite happy for our heritage site to be destroyed so a party could be kept and indeed attended the party.  I have no patience with these double standards.
