We seem to love poor customer service so much that we highlight this in commercials. One look at that face, and that food could not pass my lips.

Oh yes, we love poor customer service, and that's why Miss Alice is still in the crab business. If it were for me alone, she would be selling crabs to those in Heroes Park!

This is Sandra Davis, the director of Training and Development at the Jamaica Fire Brigade Service. You would never guess her age. She is as fit as any teenager and looks like one also.
