Press Release From the JCF - July 21, 2025
A contract killing was thwarted by members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, which resulted in the fatal shooting of five men and the recovery of four firearms during a confrontation on Jacks Hill Road in St. Andrew on Monday, July 21, 2025.
About 12:40 p.m., a police team was carrying out investigations into a murder plot, which led the officers to that location. On their arrival at the premises, the officers came under heavy gunfire and responded to the threat to their lives. When the shootings subsided, five men were seen with gunshot wounds. They were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.
The identities of the deceased have not yet been ascertained.
Four firearms - a shotgun, one M16 rifle, a Glock pistol and a Taurus pistol - were recovered from the scene. No police officer was injured during the confrontation.
The police are currently searching for a sixth man who escaped. Meanwhile, Courtney Ashley, otherwise called ‘Bloodstain’ is asked to report to the Counter-Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigations Branch (C-TOC).
Anyone with information that can assist the police in their investigations is asked to contact the C-TOC at 876-967-1389, Crime Stop at 311, the National Intelligence Bureau at 811 or the nearest police station.
The matter was reported to the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) and the JCF’s Inspectorate and Professional Standards Oversight Bureau (IPROB).

I met a man now called Green Bay that illustrated his experiences.
Was "Bloodstain" allegedly at this Jacks Hill scene does he have a story to tell.
Where are the real investigative journalists we want to hear the story from you not from partisan regurgitating jourkerlists.
The crime industry seems to be the most attractive and lucrative industry attracting and endangering the lives of young men further plummeting the nations fertility and replacement rates(RR)and making males an endangered species.
Standard RR is 2.1 Jamaica is at 1.8. there is a consistent overall net decline in Jamaicas population
2025 is 2000 less than 2024.
If this continues the Jamaican society could soon cease to exist, what a tragedy.
