Have a look at the picture above and watch people fighting over water. We need the Integrity Commission to look into the matter of many Jamaicans who do not have any integrity nor class. Even a rasta man is part of the crowd fighting for free water. Is he a rasta man or a rascal man? This seems to be a regular thing of people descending on a container with chicken or even a disabled truck with free water. The birds that fly high up cannot even get a space to get something. A few weeks ago, it was chaos over a free two-piece chicken. I thought the government was going to call a national state of emergency for the whole island.
Something has gone wrong with our people. They risk going to prison for some bottles of water? Years ago, you would not find a rasta man in that nastiness.
These people should be prosecuted and given community service for at least three months. They should also pay for the water.
Jamaicans were incredibly impoverished years ago, but we did not act in such a reprehensible way.

Bear in mind it cost Taxpayers per annum US$10,000 per prisoner.

No more free rides got to pay to stay in Prishotels.
