Mrs. Denise Parchmen-McPherson has passed. She was ailing for a short time. Her sister, Dolsie Allen, the head of the Consumer Affairs Commission, confirmed her passing to Bark Di Trute.
Denise lived in Kingston and was a teacher and an entrepreneur.
