Jamaica, for the first time in its history, is setting up a school bus system for the country. This has become a very controversial matter. This is expected because the general election is just around the corner. The new school buses are now being tested in various areas of the country. I have been getting reports from people on the political campaign trail and other citizens regarding the performances of these buses. The feedback was brought to Minister Vaz's attention, who was aware of the situation.

It is best that all the mishaps &/or accidents happen now on the trial run than on September mawnin wid all our children on board!!

The $$$$$ spent on these old buses could be much better spent, the minister is talking about ‘transparency’ now!! Transparency must not be optional, the Government works for The People, we should be respected, consulted and given the facts BEFORE not AFTER the ‘event’!
We deserve to be treated better!! We must demand better!
