How can elections be free and fair when, at this point, we cannot get the names of the candidates from the Electoral Office of Jamaica? Why have a website when we cannot go to that site, select a constituency, and see the names and pictures of candidates who are running for a seat in that constituency?
I mentioned in a previous post that the Electoral Office of Jamaica has a responsibility to publish the names, pictures, and constituencies the candidates are seeking to represent. Failure to do so is thwarting the democratic process. The people must know who the persons are who have been nominated for the various constituencies. When the EOJ does not publish the information, we are forced to purchase the Gleaner. Many voters cannot afford to purchase the Sunday Gleaner.
The Gleaner has published the pictures, the names of the candidates, and the constituencies that they are seeking to represent. Some pictures are missing, and parts of some pictures are also missing. What a life. When will we ever get it right?
Let me remind you all that the date of the general election is September 3, and not September 3rd. Note also that all the officials have been advised of the concerns of the voters, and there have been no responses so far. Who cares? I need to have Jamaica For Justice help me to get the authorities to act.

The Jamaican General Elections are three days away. The question is, which party will win? I am giving my supporters a chance to have fun and say which party will win and how many seats each party will win. Have fun and participate. If I get support, I might have some prizes to give away.
