Mayor Joel Williams Recognizes Former Mayor Scean Barnswell For Act Of Bravery

While many on social media are spending hours nurturing rifts on the political scene to get likes, the nation was pleased to see the action of former PNP Mayor for May Pen, Scean Barnswell, in saving a child from possible death or abuse.

The current JLP Mayor, Joel Williams, made sure to recognize the action of the former Mayor, Scean Baneswell. Both men are on opposite sides of the political fence, and both have been contenders for the position of mayor for May Pen.

Bark Di Trute recognized Councillor Scean Barnswell before, and now Bark Di Trute recognizes Mayor Joel Williams for putting party politics aside and giving due recognition to his competitor.

Things have certainly changed in Jamaica, and I hope the social media scums who are deep in the dutty and nasty politics realize that they are on the periphery of things. Go and find something productive to do with your life.

    Commendation to Major Williams in recognizing Scean Barnswell for his act of bravery in rescuing the six year old child. This is type of civility we would like to see in our Politics today
