Long Live Cat Coore!

 "Long Live Cat Coore!

This young man had a gift that transcended genres - a true master of his craft. Many men and women admire his work, and his legacy continues to inspire.

The music world can be an ultra-stressful environment, far from the glitz and glamour often portrayed on screens and in movies. But for Cat, music was a universal language that knew no bounds.

As you sang, "There's a land that I've heard about, so far across the sea" - and what a drum roll it was! "96 degrees in the shade, real hot" - you certainly knew how to "nice up yuh self inna di riddim of life."

Cat was a true musician's musician - he could play by ear and deliver sophisticated classical renditions with ease.

His mom, a music teacher, must have played a significant role in nurturing his talent.

Perhaps it's no surprise that he developed a deep understanding of the politics and finance of music, embedded in his DNA.

Fab 5 or Third World - which one is the elder band Drummers and you Geniuses! CAT could play everything - keyboards, horns, strings, you name it. Long Live Cat, the consummate musician.

Rest in peace, Cat Coore. Your music will live on."
