Night noise is a problem across the nation. If our country has no order, then everyone will feel that they are in charge, and that will be pure chaos. Loud noise is a problem in Jamaica, whether it is coming from a vehicle or persons having a dance in the community.

I have a neighbor beside me when him turn up the music some night it is a disgrace to hear the dirty music that he plays thank God my grandchildren don't live with me they just come and go

ReplyDeletePlease send your reports of loud noise disturbing you to 876 816-5261. State the time and the date of the incident. State the time and the date when a report was made to the police. Give the name of the person who took the report.
ReplyDeleteThis is straight noisy country overall not only the musical noise but mufflers of bikes and some cars.

Mr Derby.....Boom continues to be a serious issue to about 5 communities. Now, a club has opened # 16 Shortwood Rd. It affects all of Upper Waterloo Rd. They operate 6 nights leaving Sunday for Boom. Effectively some communities now have noise disturbance every night.
ReplyDeleteCan you find out the hours issued to Boom? They start from 6pm sometimes and go until 4 and 5 am
2.52 am and I have not had an hours sleep. I am a junior Dr to do surgery tomorrow.

Delroy Chuck should be voted out and officer who grants this weekly permit every Sunday should be fired. Citizens cannot continue to be subject to this dance and its disturbance of so many Communities.
Last night was very disruptive with the noise level from the Boom dance. The police , 119 and Constant Spring Station,did not respond until about 3am. They could hear the noise even though I live 2 miles away.
