Another BNS customer who complained that funds went missing from her account has reported the matter to the police.
It will be interesting to see what action the police will take. The Bank of Jamaica seems to have lost their testosterone fortitude to act on the matter. They have offered no assistance to customers and consider this matter as something to be handled by customers and their banks.
The Minister of Finance has also been made aware of the situation.
At least one lawyer has a case on her desk dealing with her client who has missed funds from a bank.
This matter must be treated seriously before we have another Usain Bolt-like fraud.
Institutions need to do more to protect consumers. The Consumer Affairs Commission is taking this matter seriously.

They are the ones taking the money so they are not interested to do anything to help you to get back your money but I pray same like how they are taking people hard working money and let they have to cry I pray the thief will never be happy and will always in need their children will be in want and need until they leave this earth
