Reports coming in are that Iran has launched missiles at Israel. Israel claims it has shot down these missiles.
Iran says attack on Lebanon must stop, or else Israel will see more aggression from Iran. Iran’s IRGC says it targeted Israel’s Ramat David Air Base with ballistic missiles. This could be an escalation of the war in the Middle East. Could this derail President Trump's peace agreement being worked on with Iran? This will harm the Caribbean area. It does not seem as if the Hormuz Strait will be reopened anytime soon, and this will impact the price of oil and other goods that need to pass through the strait.
The question is how Israel will respond and whether the US will join in the response.
