Customers supplied by the Constant Spring Water Treatment Facility in St. Andrew are advised that water supply, which was recently restored, is reduced again due to a technical issue at the facility.
During routine operations following the recent restoration, a system setback occurred. As a result, the facility is currently operating at reduced capacity, and affected customers will experience low water pressure or intermittent supply while urgent assessments are being carried out. NWC technical teams are on site.
The NWC will provide an updated restoration timeline as soon as the extent of the repairs is confirmed. All areas previously listed remain affected at this time. These include Central Avenue, Honey Hill, Beverlydale, upper sections of Constant Spring Rd, Roehampton and nearby areas, Highland Drive and nearby areas, upper Waterloo, Donmair, Mannings Hill Road, Patrick City, West Avenue,
