A Bark Di Trute supporter reported that Seaview Avenue and Fairway were blocked. Old Hope Road was converted into a one-way street, turning all of New Kingston into a massive parking lot. This happened yesterday, Tuesday, October 13.
Why do we fail to maintain our roads at night? Can we maintain our roads during the school holidays?
