An Abused Child In A Relationship

She was being abused from the age of 11 years old by her boy friend. She had her first child at 11, the second at 13 years old and the third one at 15 years old.

The children are now 7, 9, and 11 years old.

Boy Friend Kicks Her Out

Her boy friend's mother told her son that his girl friend was not treating the children properly when he was overseas on the farm work programme. He put the minor out of the house and kept the children. He now has a new girl friend and her baby who are living with his mother and himself.

Sets Complainant on Fire

The girl who was abused decided to take revenge and poured gas on her ex-boy friend while he was sleeping. He was subsequently hospitalised for about two months.

These Questions Must Be Answered

The questions are:

1. His mother was aware that he was having sex and also having children with a minor so why she was not charged?
2. What action did the girls mother take?
3. Did the doctors and/or the nurses report to the police the birth of these childrenn to a minor?
4. What action did RGD take when the children for the minor were being registere or these children were never registered?
5. Are these children in school?
6. If they are in school, is the school administrationl aware that the children's mother is a minor?
7. The matter is now in court. Will the judge rule that the complainant be changed since he was in a relationship with a minor?
