Registrar General's Department's Computer System Down

The computer system at the Registrar General Department in Spanish Town, Jamaica is not working at this time. The department is therefore not able to provide express services for example. It might also take an extended period to access other services. 

It seems to me that if you plan to go to the RGD today that you should postpone that visit until your are advised that the system is back up and is working.

I have been reliably informed that Information Technology (IT) Specialist are busy working to resolve the challenge.
