I understand that the case involving Victoria Mutual Building Society will be heard tomorrow, June 24, in the Halfway Tree Court in St. Andrew. This case has to do with the charge against staff members for breaching the Disaster Risk Management Act. Head of the organization, Courtney Campbell Head Of The Organization had said that his staff were doing legitimate work at the time. He went on to say that the company would not knowingly breach the government's regulations.

There were also news report of possible breaches of the Disaster Risk Management Act at the Merl Grove High School in Kingston. Many are asking why no one was arrested? Has any member of the school's management team been suspended or fired?

If the school administration breached any of the regulations, what impact will this have on the school's administration in terms of it's legitimacy as leaders of the institution? Students might say if you do not follow the rules then you cannot tell us to follow the rules!
