Dr. Neil Gardner chiropractor-neurologist who has his practice in Kingston is alive and well. A driver with the same name lost his life in a motor vehicle accident this afternoon. It is sad to hear of this loss of this driver. However, many of us are sighing a sigh of relief knowing that Dr. Neil Gardner is still alive and is at home enjoying himself with his family.
