Cons. Donald Kerr Has Died

Constable Donald Carr

The following is a message from the Police Federation:

We are reporting the tragic passing of # 15084 Cons Donald Carr of the St Andrew South Division.  

Cons Carr was in a motor vehicle accident on the Toll Road in the vicinity of the Gloden Grove, when the vehicle he was driving got out of control.

He later died at the St. Ann's Bay Hospital. 

We offer deepest condolences to his colleagues family and friends. 

We are deeply saddened.
