Former Minister of Government Frances Tulloch Has Died

Frances Tulloch


I just got word that former PNP minister of government, Francis Tulloch has passed on.  Frances Tulloch was first elected on the PNP ticket and he served as a representative for the St. James Central Constituency. He was a lawyer.

Mr. Tulloch served at the Ministerial level in Tourism and after that he served as the first Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation. He was also a deacon in the Catholic Church.
