6 Pieces of chicken with the skin removed and the oil extracted from the chicken which was air fried, produced 3/4 cup of chicken oil. Can you imagine if this chicken was cooked in oil and eaten with fries cooked in oil!!! Many of us are certainly eating ourselves to death.
It is said that the high cost of living is the cost of living high and that is what many of us do when we continue to buy fast foods daily. Not only are we increasing the cost of living but we are increasing the possibility of early death. by this practice.
I have learnt the hard way that you are what you eat. Starting to eat healthy has allowed me to see another birthday today. Join me in celebrating another birthday by making sure that you eat right. I have added more years to my life and you can do the same.
