I have received a complaint that people cannot have a peaceful night's rest due to the loud music on Campbell's Boulevard off Waltham.
There are times when they block off the road. When this happens, it's very uncomfortable for people with young children and babies to move about.
The listener continued to report that another issue on Waltham below Campbell's Boulevard is the garbage on the roadside. Pedestrians are not able to use the sidewalk there.

Can you imagine after a long days work and come home to get some rest and can't get it because of these people and all the complained nothing done about it this is so sad
