CARI-CODE Trained and Certified Lean Six Sigma Professionals

Press Release from The Caribbean Centre for Organization Development Excellence:

"Over the past decade, The Caribbean Centre for Organisation Development Excellence (CARI-CODE) in collaboration with Strategy Associates Inc. & The Harrington Institute USA), has been somewhat of a sole provider who has consistently trained, developed and certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS)  professionals in Jamaica. Over this period we have successfully developed, over 500  Yellow, Green and Black Belt professionals. This year we proudly boast a cohort of five LSS all-female Black Belts (Four from VM and one from CARI-CODE) and nineteen Yellow & Green Belts. 

Ilsa duVerney CEO of CARICODE stated that: "As waste cripples our productivity, we have over the years declared a "War on Waste."  To assist in realising Jamaica's Vision 2030, at CARI-CODE we saw the need to develop our people and our organisations to drive rapid and sustainable improvements to attain quality performance. We are now embarked upon offering the progression of the Innovation Journey which will lead to ISO 56002 getting participants and our country future-ready. CARI-CODE through collaboration locally, regionally and internationally, delivers through our people sustainable business transformation and improved productivity. We remain steadfast, focussed and relentless in providing these developmental services to our country."

Recently the organisation graduated five women Lean Six Sigma Black Belts- Four of the ladies were from VM and one from CARI-CODE. VM Celebrated the ladies at a luncheon.
